UK Delivery
BYC Lab currently delivers orders placed through byclab.co.uk to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Our current delivery options are:
Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Express Delivery — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Free Standard Delivery
Free Standard Delivery is available on qualifying UK orders of £75 or more, calculated based on the order value shown at checkout.
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout relate to the applicable delivery service and should be treated as estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where tracking is available for the delivery service used.
Delivery carriers
BYC Lab may use Royal Mail, DPD UK or another suitable delivery provider depending on the size, weight, destination and requirements of the order.
The carrier used to fulfil an order may therefore differ from the delivery service or estimate displayed at checkout.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@byclab.co.uk. We will try to assist where possible, but we may be unable to amend an address once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather or other unforeseen events.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will take reasonable steps to assist you.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects any statutory rights you may have where goods are not delivered within the agreed or legally required timeframe.
Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@byclab.co.uk with your order number and relevant details.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs of the packaging and/or products to help us investigate the issue.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
International delivery
At launch, online checkout through byclab.co.uk is configured primarily for United Kingdom delivery.
Additional destinations and international shipping services may be introduced in the future. Where international delivery becomes available, the applicable destinations, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
